All orders are shipped from Spain. We currently deliver to most European countries and selected destinations in the Middle East.

Our shipments are managed through Packlink Pro, which partners with several reliable courier companies to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

• Spain and Portugal: 24–72 hours.
  
• Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days.
  
• Middle East: 7–10 business days.
  

Please note that these are approximate times and may vary depending on customs processes, local holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Free shipping is available for Spain, Portugal, and France.
  
• For all other European countries, shipping is free on orders over 500 €.
  
• Orders below this amount will display shipping costs at checkout.
  

International Restrictions

Due to transport regulations, perfumes and other alcohol-based products cannot be shipped by air to certain countries.

If your country is not available at checkout, it means that we currently cannot ship there.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Damages and Issues
